Penguin Walk Cancellation: March 9

The Penguin Walk, presented by WestJet, has been cancelled for March 9th due to temperatures outside of the walk parameters. We are hopeful to resume the walk tomorrow.

Animal Viewing Impacts & Building Closures

African Savannah: Last entry to the African Savannah Building and the Savannah Loop pathway will be at 4:00 p.m. on March 22nd & March 29th to accommodate setup for Wild After Hours: Giraffes and Zebras (18+). Thank you for understanding. 

Land of Lemurs Walkthrough & Outdoor Gorilla Amphitheatre: The two outdoor animal viewing areas are closed for the season. Lemurs and gorillas will be viewable in their indoor habitats.

African Savannah Yard: Our Hartmann’s mountain zebras and ostriches are off-view  while we complete exciting upgrades in the African Savannah Yard, including the construction of a new Savannah Barn for the animals. Our giraffe tower will continue to be viewable throughout the project.

Bring your family and friends down for a fun and educational morning at the zoo! Your ticket includes admission to the zoo, an exclusive before-hours viewing of our Wild Canada zone, and an interpretive polar bear talk from our Conservation Education staff and volunteers before indulging in a delicious buffet breakfast.

General (16+): $79.00 +GST
Child (3-15): $61.00 + GST
Infants (2 and under) are free but do require a ticket. Please note in the field below if a high chair is required, must be requested in advance to be accommodated.

Wild Adventurer members receive a discount off their ticket price* and Wild Explorer members will receive a 10% discount for April and May event dates.
